| Day 7 | Bali | Bali - Ubud & Kintamani Excursion :Explore quaint villages, such as Ubud, where centuries-old traditions have been preserved. World-famous treasures made here include intricate paintings, sculptures, and wood carvings. In an ancient temple courtyard, see the famous Barong and Kris dances performed by a multitude of dancers and a gamelan orchestra. Later, at the mountain village of Kintamani, browse a colorful bazaar and marvel at panoramic vistas from atop the lip of Batur Crater. (BL) |
| Day 8 | Bali | Bali - Besakih Mother Temple Tour : Today visit the island's Mother Temple on the slopes of Mt. Agung and regarded as the 'belly button' of the world. The temple, dating from the 8th century, is dedicated to the Hindu Trinity. In the 1960's during a major religious ceremony attended by then President Sukarno, the mountain suddenly erupted. Volcanic lava flowed towards the temple only to split and skirt around the temple's side. (B) |

| Day 11 | Rotorua | Rotorua : Visit the Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve to see boiling mudpools and roaring geysers. Following this see bird life, trout and other wildlife before viewing a New Zealand farm show featuring sheep dog demonstrations and cow milking. The afternoon is at leisure. | Day 12 | Auckland | Rotorua / Waitomo / Auckland : Travel over the forested Mamaku Ranges to reach Waitomo for a guided tour of the Glowworm Caves including an underground boat ride viewing the millions of glow worms on the cavern roof.
